Friday night saw Kylie Rae return to a wrestling ring for the first time since February 2023.
At Freelance Wrestling’s ‘Freelance With Love’ event in Chicago, she emerged as the mystery challenger for Isaias Velazquez in an intergender match.
Velazquez, who is Rae’s husband, had earlier issued an open challenge for the event.
Wearing Shawn Michaels-inspired gear, Rae emerged as the opponent and went on to win the match.

In April 2023, she announced that she was pregnant. Her and Velazquez’s child was born in October.
Rae is now being advertised for ‘Trouble is Brewing’ in Chicago on March 1st, a show co-promoted by Warrior Wrestling and Revolution Brewing. She is slated to take on Missa Kate.

In December 2023, Rae was linked with allegations leveled against Chris Jericho. She replied with a heart emoji to a post on X that implicated Jericho in wrongdoing. AEW President Tony Khan said that he would not speak about “unsourced internet rumors” at the AEW Worlds End press conference on December 31st.
