Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful adds that the creative staff will be “supported” by Gail Kim and senior producer Jorge Barbosa. In addition, Ariel Shnerer will oversee the content and work alongside newly appointed TNA president Anthony Cicione.
Barbosa has worked at The Fight Network/Anthem as a producer and editor since 2008 and is among its top producers. He launched the Diary series along with several other digital initiatives including multiple documentaries.
Shnerer is the Vice President of Business Development at Anthem Sports & Entertainment. His previous roles at Anthem include General Manager of Fight Network and former head of distribution for TNA where he led the launch of IMPACT Plus.
TNA’s first set of shows since the news of D’Amore’s termination takes place next week when they hold back-to-back events in New Orleans, Louisiana.
