Maclin versus Nemeth on 3/8.
Kicking off the 2/29 TNA Wrestling episode was a singles bout between ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey and Steve Maclin. On the outside of the ring were The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz) who got involved to assist Maclin.
Maclin emerged victorious and post-match, he was interrupted by Nic Nemeth via video. The video of Nemeth was shot after he won the IWGP Global Championship at NJPW The New Beginning in Sapporo.
Nemeth called out Maclin for TNA Sacrifice on March 8th and the match was made official.
Nemeth was scheduled to defend the Global Title against Hiroshi Tanahashi at NJPW Sakura Genesis on April 6th. The match was postponed due to Tanahashi’s ankle injury.
