Minneapolis submits pitch to host WWE WrestleMania 41 at U.S. Bank Stadium

The bid has been placed. 

It is official that Minneapolis, Minnesota is a finalist to host WWE WrestleMania 41 in 2025. Minnesota Sports and Events relayed to the local Star Tribune outlet that on Wednesday, they submitted their pitch to host the multi-day WrestleMania 41 at U.S. Bank Stadium, which is the home of the NFL’s Minnesota Vikings that seats 73,000 people. 

MNSE’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Wendy Blackshaw, stated that Minnesota is one of several cities that are in competition to secure WrestleMania 41. She is hopeful that they get it. 

We are hopeful, and I hope we get it. It would be amazing.

Blackshaw attended WrestleMania 39 in California and said it was nothing like she’d ever seen in her life. 

The 2024 installment of WrestleMania is taking place at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on April 6th and 7th.
