TMZ is reporting that AEW’s Darby Allin legitimately broke his foot earlier this week and won’t be leaving to climb Mt. Everest.

The site reports that Allin broke his foot during the opening minutes of his match against Jay White this past Wednesday in Boston, Massachusetts when he executed a flip off the top rope.

Allin continued the match and was attacked during the post-match where White & The Gunns attacked Allin’s ankle and smashed it with a chair.

Allin confirmed the story and added he would not be leaving to climb Mt. Everest later this month where he was scheduled to depart on March 27.
