Foley explains why he’s not completely sure if he’ll do it.

For his 60th birthday which is in June 2025, Mick Foley stated that he was considering doing one final match and added that it could be a deathmatch.

As Foley was doing a Sign-it-Live session for Highspots, he said he’s not 100 percent sure if he’ll do it. He’s been working out and the weight has not been falling like he expected it to. Foley said he’ll have a firm decision by early 2025.

Yeah (I’m looking to do one more match). But I’d have to lose an extraordinary amount of weight and it’s not falling off like I hoped it would. So I’m gonna have to reexamine where I am at a certain point. It’s not about the money. I wanna have a fun match but I am having trouble. I’ve been working out, I feel better, moving better but it’s not showing up as of yet on the scale. So I’m not sure. I’ll have an answer by the beginning of the year… There’s a lot of different options (opponent-wise) to do such a thing.

The last time Foley participated in a match was the 2012 WWE Royal Rumble. Foley entered the bout at the number seven spot and was in the match for six minutes before being eliminated by Cody Rhodes.
