Soya is going to be out of action for the foreseeable future.

Pro Wrestling NOAH held a show on 3/17 from Yokohama, Japan. One of the matches on the bill was a three-way between Ryohei Oiwa, Masa Kitamiya and Manabu Soya.

Kitamiya emerged victorious by getting the win over Soya. After the show, NOAH shared that Soya is going to be out of action for the foreseeable future as he’ll be undergoing elbow surgery. Soya is dealing with cubital tunnel syndrome and the following is listed about that on National Institutes of Health

Cubital tunnel syndrome is neuropathy of the ulnar nerve causing symptoms of numbness and shooting pain along the medial aspect of the forearm, also including the medial half of the fourth digit and the fifth digit. It is caused by compression of the ulnar nerve at the elbow region. This activity reviews the cause, presentation, and pathophysiology of cubital tunnel syndrome and highlights the role of the interprofessional team in its management.
