** Counted Out released their conversation with Erick Redbeard from late 2023. He touched on the idea of The Wyatt Family potentially going into the WWE Hall of Fame. Redbeard is appreciative of fans putting that out there and as far as who would induct them, Redbeard explained why he’s not thinking about something like that.

No, I mean I’m not really surprised (that people push for The Wyatt Family to go into WWE’s Hall of Fame) … When I feel a faction touch people’s lives, I’ve seen how Jon’s impacted people’s lives, I see how Windham’s impacted people’s lives. So, just for people to say it, it’s humbling to know that they made such a lasting impact on people.

I wouldn’t even begin to think about it (who would induct us). It’s so soon since everything with the passings and (to) even think about something like that is just ridiculous to me but… So it’s just not something that really crossed my mind.

** The former Elias, now going by Elijah, was the focus of a Q&A at For the Love of Wrestling (via Monopoly Events). He touched on the balance between wrestling and his non-wrestling segments in WWE. There was frustration at times but he knew how amazing it was for him to generate the reactions he was getting without wrestling.

It’s one of those balancing acts where I have a heart for wrestling, I wanna be in here having great (matches) and all of that but, it’s hard to argue with the crowd and you have so much time on TV and things like that where hey, when I stand in the middle of the ring and I do a catchphrase or play a song, I wouldn’t replace that for the world but on the same end, I always wanted to be put in that next level feud or story or situation or big time match where I could show that also so it definitely got frustrating, at a certain point. But, at other times, it was like, wow, this is really special right now.

** Episode #28 of Armbars & Sidebars featured Dave Mastiff. The topic of NXT Europe came up and whether or not Mastiff would be open to joining if the brand launches. He would, but there are certain expectations he’d have for himself and the company.

Yes (I’d be open to joining NXT Europe), but it would obviously depend on the opportunity. I’ve got expectations for myself and I’ve got expectations for what I feel should happen within a company I work for. So if those things are met and if the opportunity was exciting and aligned with my values and my goals and you know… if it enhanced mine and my family’s life, then yeah, of course.

** The focus of an East Coast Autograph Auctions virtual signing were Tenille Dashwood and Mike Rallis f.k.a. Riddick Moss. Rallis recounted a nice gesture from Pat McAfee. On the way to a show, McAfee invited Rallis to travel with him on his private jet. He also allowed Rallis to stay at his home seeing as how the show was near Indianapolis.

Pat McAfee, he’s a goofball. I like Pat a lot. There was a time where — I don’t remember the exact situation but basically, the next show was on the other side of Indianapolis and he allowed me to board his private plane and fly back to Indianapolis with him. Put me up in his house in which I had my own private sauna. So like, I got done with the SmackDown taping, went up to the sauna at Pat McAfee’s house after a 20-minute private jet… Then we golfed the next day and then I went to a live event so, Pat’s a good dude.
