** While speaking to Colin Murray on BBC Radio 5 Live, Becky Lynch stated that one of her favorite career moments is losing to Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 38. She’s glad their story ended the way it did although they had to jump over several hurdles to get there. Lynch added that it was amazing seeing the excitement from Belair’s family at that year’s WrestleMania.

Yeah, gosh, I don’t know (what my favorite moment is besides main eventing WrestleMania 35). There’s been so many great moments and sometimes, it’s losing a championship. So for example, one of my favorite moments was losing at WrestleMania 38 and having a match with Bianca Belair when I had come back and like, essentially robbed the title from her in a short match by blindsiding her and so, having that story play out in a way that was able to pay it back properly the way that it should have been even though on the way, we had to jump through several hurdles to get there but, that was one of my favorite moments sitting up watching her. I remember seeing her family going crazy in the crowd and that was amazing.

At that point, Lynch was known as ‘Big Time Becks’ and she said that’s her favorite iteration of the Becky Lynch character.

I really enjoyed my time (in the) ‘Big Time Becks’ era. I was like, ‘This is my favorite’ because I can do anything, I can explore a whole new thing, I can work in a different dimension and I have this immense amount of freedom. When you’re playing the one character and the one style for a long time as an artist or whatever, I always wondered that about musicians. Pearl Jam’s my favorite band and I go, ‘Does Eddie Vedder ever go, I’m sick of playing Black?’ You know? And whatever the song is. Did Led Zeppelin go, oh God, do we have to play Stairway to Heaven again? There’s always things — you want to explore a new avenue when you’ve played a character for so long, you know? It’s all an extension of you. It’s all an extension.

** There’s a new interview with Paul Heyman that was conducted by Forbes. He was asked about The Rock throwing up the ‘L’ instead of the ‘one’ while in Bloodline segments. As far if there’s something to that, Heyman stated the following:

I don’t know (if there’s something to The Rock throwing up an ‘L’ instead of the Bloodline symbol), and it’s something that certainly my suggestion would be that’s a great question to ask The Rock, and I’m sure he’d be happy to answer it. But it is a conspiracy. And just because it’s a conspiracy theory doesn’t mean there’s not a conspiracy behind it. So my father always taught me, ‘Just because you’re paranoid doesn’t mean the whole world’s not against you,’ so I’m sure there’s something to it. And my suggestion would be ask The Final Boss, ask The Rock.

** Looking back at the Fatal 4-Way Undisputed WWE Universal Title match at Royal Rumble 2024, L.A. Knight told Jim Varsallone that he feels a lot of people would say that was his match. He added that a night like that proved he belonged.

The thing is if I can just come out here and go a little toot, toot for a minute, a lot of people would say that was my match (Fatal 4-Way at Royal Rumble 2024). I think I shined in that match if I can just go ahead and say it myself.

I think there’s still a lot of people just wondering and maybe even sometimes a little bit inside myself. It’s just like, ah man, do I really belong here? And I think a night like that just proves, hell yeah, not only do I belong here but I thrive here.

** Episode #135 of WWE – Die Woche featured Roxanne Perez. When asked which brand she’d want to join for her main roster call-up, she expressed interest in joining Monday Night Raw.

So as a kid, I always wanted to go to Raw. I wanted to go to Monday Night Raw. But now… (Show host mentions that her response is good because he does commentary for Raw’s German audience) Oh! Okay. Raw it is (she laughed) … I’ll be there. Give me a few.
