A departure from Big Japan.

On March 31st, Big Japan Pro Wrestling held a press conference to formally announce that Jaki Numazawa is leaving the promotion.

Numazawa was seated alongside BJW President Eiji Tosaka for the announcement. It is noted in BJW’s post that details regarding Numazawa’s departure are going to be shared a later date.

Since Numazawa kicked off his in-ring career in 2001, he’s been a part of Big Japan. He has not wrestled for the promotion since April 2023.

He regularly competes in deathmatches and is a four-time holder of the BJW Tag Team Championships with Jun Kasai.
