The surgery was a success.
Taking to his Instagram page, Ortiz shared that he underwent successful surgery for a torn pec. He wrote the following caption:
Pec surgery was a success!! Queue up Rocky training montage!
Ortiz appeared on Isiah Kassidy’s vlog and stated that the injury occurred when he took a clothesline.
He has not wrestled since the January 20th episode of AEW Collision during which he tagged with Eddie Kingston and they fell in defeat to Blackpool Combat Club’s Bryan Danielson and Claudio Castagnoli.
