There is a new WWE Women’s Champion.
The tension and distancing between Bayley and Damage CTRL (IYO SKY, Kairi Sane, Dakota Kai & Asuka) led to Bayley choosing IYO to challenge at WrestleMania XL for the WWE Women’s Championship.
The conclusion of the bout saw Bayley hit SKY with her ‘Rose Plant’ finisher to pick up the win and the title.
It is the fourth time in her career that Bayley has won a Women’s Title in WWE. She is a one-time NXT Women’s, Raw Women’s and two-time SmackDown Women’s Champion. Bayley has now added the WWE Women’s Title to her résumé.
