Stephanie started off the festivities.
Before the in-ring action of WrestleMania XL night two got underway, kicking off the show was former WWE co-CEO and Chairwoman, Stephanie McMahon.
She stated that she’s been at many WrestleManias but may be most proud of WrestleMania XL because it is the first of the Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque era. Stephanie was with Levesque at the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony.
Back in January of 2023, McMahon resigned from her position as Chairwoman and co-CEO of WWE. She took on the role after Vince McMahon’s initial resignation in the summer of 2022.
Following Stephanie’s resignation, it was announced that Vince was voted back onto the Board of Directors. Present day, Vince has resigned from roles at WWE and TKO after former WWE employee Janel Grant filed a sex trafficking lawsuit against him and the company.
