Field set for NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Title tournament at Wrestling World 2024

New 6-Man Tag Champions are going to be crowned. 

Taiwan, China is going to play host to the kickoff event for the Asia-Pacific Federation of Wrestling’s event titled Wrestling World 2024. 

It is taking place on April 14th and it had previously been announced that a one-night tournament for the vacant NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Titles would take place. The teams and brackets for the tourney have been determined. There will be two matches and then the winning teams will clash in the final: 

  • Hiroshi Tanahashi, Toru Yano & Oleg Boltin vs. United Empire (Great-O-Khan, Francesco Akira & Callum Newman)
  • Los Ingobernables de Japon (Shingo Takagi, Yota Tsuji & BUSHI) vs. HOUSE OF TORTURE (EVIL, SHO & Yoshinobu Kanemaru)

In addition to the tournament matches, here is the full card: 

  • Kickoff Show: Touyuu vs. Axe Wang
