20 years in the business for Takagi.
It is official that an anniversary show is taking place in honor of Shingo Takagi’s 20th year as a wrestler. The event is taking place on September 7th at Aimesse Yamanashi in Kofu, Japan.
On 3/8, Shingo bounced Yuya Uemura out of the New Japan Cup tournament. That show took place at Aimesse Yamanashi and after his match, he got on the microphone and brought up the idea of doing an anniversary event this fall.
Takagi has been with New Japan Pro-Wrestling since 2018.
At NJPW Sakura Genesis, he captured the NEVER Openweight Championship for the fourth time by defeating EVIL.
