Mike Santana returned to TNA at Rebellion and was in an impromptu match.
The former tag team champion left the company in 2019 alongside his former partner Ortiz. The duo signed with AEW and worked for the promotion until earlier this year.
While wrestling as LAX in TNA/IMPACT Wrestling, Santana and Ortiz were four-time tag champions with their final title reign ending at Rebellion in April 2019.

After Steve Maclin appeared on the pay-per-view broadcast, he demanded a match which led to authority figure Santino Marella granting him a match against someone he just signed. Santana came out as the mystery signing by Marella.
Santana survived Caught in the Crosshairs and avoided the KIA before landing a big boot and the STB (Spin the Block) for the victory.
