Wes Lee is back in NXT.
Kicking off the in-ring action on night two of NXT Spring Breakin’ was Oba Femi defending the North American Championship against Ivar.
It was Femi’s fifth defense of the title since winning it in January. He bested Ivar to hold onto the title. As Oba was celebrating his win, Wes Lee made his return to NXT TV.
In December, Lee had to step away from in-ring competition as he needed back surgery. He was scheduled to challenge for the North American Championship at the Deadline Premium Live Event.
Lee is a one-time North American Champion and is the longest-reigning champion at 269 days.
