On May 9, we release a review of WrestleMania XXX from April 2014 featuring Daniel Bryan’s championship win, the end of The Undertaker’s streak, and the first WrestleMania to air on the WWE Network.
On May 23, we will cover WWE Extreme Rules 2012 with Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena in the main event in Chicago. This is Lesnar’s first match in WWE in eight years after making his return to the company after his UFC run. Plus: CM Punk vs. Chris Jericho in a Chicago Street Fight, Sheamus vs. Daniel Bryan, and Big Show vs. Cody Rhodes.
WH Park and Rich Fann continue their reviews of X-Men ’97 on MCU L8R with the final three episodes of the ten-part series. Tune in each Friday on the POST Wrestling Café as they cover the “Tolerance is Extinction” run of shows beginning this week.
This Saturday, Bruce Lord & Karen Peterson will review both nights of NJPW’s Wrestling Dontaku event from Fukuoka. The first night features Nic Nemeth defending the IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship against Hiroshi Tanahashi and on night two, it’s Jon Moxley vs. Ren Narita for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship.
