Meta-Four (Noam Dar, Lash Legend, Jakara Jackson & Oro Mensah) hosted an edition of Supernova Sessions with NXT Champion Trick Williams as the guest. Dar knocked Williams out with an elbow as Williams and Lash were focused on one another. Rapper Sexyy Red tweeted about the segment and her tweet was shown during the broadcast:

Let’s talk about it

For the first time since November, Wes Lee was back in action. The show started with a video package which documented his recovery from back surgery. He scored a win over Josh Briggs. Post-match, Briggs brawled with Ivar who was on commentary and Wes proceeded to dive onto them. North American Champion Oba Femi watched it unfold.

Former WWE talent Gabbi Tuft was in attendance

There was a tag match that saw Tyson Dupont and Tyriek Igwe versus No Quarter Catch Crew (Charlie Dempsey & Myles Borne). The referee was ‘unavailable’, so doing the honors as guest referee was The Family’s Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo. He slow counted Dempsey and in response, Dempsey shoved him so Stacks struck Dempsey and then fast counted him to secure Tyson and Tyriek’s first win on NXT TV. Dempsey granted Tony D’Angelo a Heritage Cup match on 5/14. At the conclusion of the show, The Family (Tony D’Angelo, Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo, Luca Crusifino & Adriana Rizzo) kidnapped Damon Kemp and Borne. Dempsey came outside as the truck was pulling off.

In the main event, Roxanne Perez bested Chelsea Green to retain the NXT Women’s Championship.

Shayna Baszler went one-on-one with Karmen Petrovic and submitted her. Afterwards, Petrovic received feedback from Natalya backstage and they were approached by B.J. Ray from the Roku series, WWE: Next Gen. He called Petrovic a ‘smoke show’ and she kicked him in the face.

Scheduled for 5/14 is a singles match between Noam Dar and Je’Von Evans.

Fallon Henley and Kelani Jordan clashed and Henley picked up the win.
