Lewis also shares what his finisher in wrestling would be.

Coming up on May 11th is UFC Fight Night from St. Louis, Missouri. Headlining the card is Derrick Lewis (27-12-0) versus Rodrigo Nascimento (11-1-0). As show day inches closer, members of the media spoke to the fighters on the card.

Derrick Lewis took to the podium (via MMA Junkie) and was asked if he could crossover to WWE as a part of the TKO merger. He stated that he’s in talks with WWE.

What’s the TKO? (Lewis responded when asked if there could be a crossover to WWE via TKO merger)… Oh, yeah, yeah. We’re actually in talks right now. We’ve been talking for a few months now. I was supposed to go down there in February to check everything out.

Following up on that, Lewis said his finishing move in wrestling would be something similar to Rikishi’s Stinkface.

Um, it’d (my finisher in wrestling) would have to be something like Rikishi, you know?… You might see it. Somehow, I like taking off my shorts. So, we might see something like that. Yeah.

A recap of TKO’s quarter one report can be read here on the POST Wrestling site. It’ll be broken down on the next episode of Pollock x Thurston
