Two-time champions.
It was in April at NJPW Windy City Riot that T.M.D.K. (Shane Haste & Mikey Nicholls) emerged victorious from a four-way tag match to become STRONG Openweight Tag Team Champions. The champions going into that bout were Hikuleo and El Phantasmo.
The duo got their rematch at Resurgence and this go-round, they bested Haste and Nicholls to regain the titles. Phantasmo and Hikuleo are now two-time STRONG Openweight Tag Champions and have joined Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher & Mark Davis) as the only teams to have held the titles twice.
