TNA iMPACT notes: Rosemary mentions The Bunny, Champions Challenge, Jake Something takes out Deaner

After Havok was choked out with a garlic necklace by Ash by Elegance, Rosemary stated that she is ‘gone.’ In her vignette, she mentioned Taya Valkyrie and The Bunny. In November, it was reported by PWInsider that The Bunny was no longer with AEW. Her profile was removed from the roster page. Rosemary had a swordstick with a rabbit head as the cover.

Headlining the show was the Champions Challenge tag match and the challengers won. Joe Hendry scored the win for his team. The team of Hendry, Ryan Nemeth, Eric Young, Matt Hardy, Steph De Lander, Dani Luna and Jody Threat bested the team of TNA Champions that consisted of Moose, Jordynne Grace, Mustafa Ali, Eddie Edwards, Laredo Kid, Alisha Edwards, Brian Myers and Masha Slamovich. Mustafa Ali walked out on his team mid-match.

There was a segment with Jake Something and Cody Deaner. Deaner apologized for leaving him and joining Violent By Design and added that they’ll always be family. Jake attacked him soon after.

Scheduled for the 5/23 show is ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey versus Trent Seven to determine who’ll challenge Mustafa Ali for his X Division Championship at TNA Against All Odds.

Gail Kim told Gisele Shaw that she’s going to guide her ‘home.’

During Leon Slater versus Alan Angels, the referee began coughing up black ink. Those who have interactions with Jonathan Gresham cough up the ink. Slater scored the win in the match, but afterwards, Kon hit the ring and took out Angels. He attempted to do the same to Leon but was fought off
