Lola Vice & Shayna Baszler split, will clash in NXT Underground at Battleground PLE

Vice and Baszler’s alliance comes to an end.

Closing out the 5/21 edition of NXT on USA Network was a tag match that saw Natalya and Karmen Petrovic take on Lola Vice and Shayna Baszler. The duo of Petrovic and Natalya came out on top.

Vice took the pin and as she was laying on the mat, Baszler went over to pick her up. Vice then kicked Baszler in the head and dropped her to the mat. Vice began dancing over Baszler and as she was gloating on the ring apron, Baszler snuck up behind her and put her in a Kirifuda Clutch submission.

Referees made their way to the ring to stop Baszler from choking Vice. They began brawling on the outside of the ring and entering the frame was General Manager Ava.

She made it official that Baszler and Vice will go one-on-one at NXT Battleground, but Baszler suggested that they clash in an NXT Underground match. Baszler was brought back to NXT to assist Vice in her Underground match against Natalya.
