WWE Raw ranks second on cable behind Game 7 of NHL playoffs

WWE Raw ranked second among cable originals on Monday behind Game 7 between the Edmonton Oilers and Vancouver Canucks.

The May 20 episode of Raw averaged 1,733,000 viewers and 737,000 (0.56) in the 18-49 demographic, per Wrestlenomics.

It was Raw’s strongest figures since April 15 and coincided with no NBA playoff games being played on Monday.

Raw’s viewership grew by nine percent this week while the 18-49 audience increased by six percent.

Game 7 between the Oilers and Canucks averaged 1,656,000 and 0.58 in the 18-49 demographic on ESPN while the WNBA game averaged 1,556,000 viewers and 0.42 in the demo.

Due to the Victoria Day holiday, numbers in Canada are delayed but we should have information on Wednesday.
