Kenny Omega recently underwent surgery as the performer deals with Diverticulitis.
Earlier this month, Omega announced on his Twitch stream that he would be undergoing the procedure with a highly regarded surgeon.
Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp reported Thursday evening that Omega had surgery in New York City last week. The surgery occurred on May 16 and the report states there is no timetable for a return.
Omega had been off television since December but returned for an angle on the May 1 edition of Dynamite in Winnipeg, Manitoba, which ended with an attack by The Elite and Omega being taken away on a stretcher.
