‘All Ego’ Ethan Page arrives in WWE.
Closing out WWE NXT was a tag match featuring Je’Von Evans and NXT Champion Trick Williams versus Gallus’ Mark Coffey and Joe Coffey. Williams and Evans were accompanied to the ring by the host of the Battleground P.L.E., Sexyy Red. She stopped Joe from using the NXT Title on Je’Von, and Trick went on to secure the win for their team.
Post-match, Lash Legend came out and asked Williams if he was behind the attacks on Noam Dar and Oro Mensah. The lights then cut out and when they came back on, Williams was ambushed from behind by Ethan Page.
In response to Page’s arrival, Vic Joseph said on commentary, ‘Wasn’t he in A –‘ and was cut off by Page speaking on the microphone. Page held up the NXT Title to close the show.
In early May, Fightful Select reported that Page was no longer under contract with All Elite Wrestling. He had been with the company since 2021.
