Roxanne’s challenger is TNA’s Jordynne Grace.
Going into the 5/28 WWE NXT, it was promoted that the challenger to Roxanne Perez’s NXT Women’s Championship would be revealed.
While in the ring, NXT General Manager Ava came out and then introduced Roxanne’s opponent at Battleground, TNA Knockouts World Champion Jordynne Grace.
Grace has been reigning as Knockouts World Champion since January when she defeated Naomi (Trinity Fatu). Grace last wrestled for WWE as a part of the 2024 women’s Royal Rumble.
In addition to that, Axiom and Nathan Frazer will be defending their NXT Tag Team Championships against The O.C. (Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows) at Battleground.
