Matt Menard to take over Chris Jericho’s AEW Rampage commentary spot

Matt “Daddy Magic” Menard is to replace Chris Jericho at the AEW Rampage commentary desk.

The news was first reported by Pat Laprade on Saturday. It comes after Jericho stated on the May 30^th episode of Rampage that he was stepping down the announcing role.

Jericho had been a regular member of the Rampage announce team since the show debuted in 2021.

Menard has undertaken stints at the commentary desk dating back to AEW Dark and AEW Dark: Elevation.
