An update from Copeland.

Coming out of AEW’s Double or Nothing pay-per-view, Adam Copeland shared the news that he suffered a fractured tibia during his Barbed Wire Steel Cage match against Malakai Black.

Copeland jumped off the top of the cage and landed feet first while dropping an elbow onto Black through a table. Taking to his Instagram, Copeland stated that he underwent surgery and is one day post-operation.

As for the TNT Title, it was vacated and a new champion will be crowned at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door on June 30th.

There is going to be a Ladder match for the title and Konosuke Takeshita was the first to qualify.
