Grace said now she gets the best of both worlds.

One of the matches on the marquee for the NXT Battleground Premium Live Event is Roxanne Perez defending the NXT Women’s Championship against TNA Knockouts World Champion Jordynne Grace.

At the conclusion of Battleground, Grace will have wrestled for WWE three times in 2024. She picked up a win over Stevie Turner on the 6/4 NXT and in January, she competed in the women’s Royal Rumble

Former NXT interviewer and host, McKenzie Mitchell, released a preview of her sit-down chat with Grace. Grace talked about the WWE-TNA collaboration and mentioned that there have been times when her contract was up and she had talks with WWE. She opted to stay in IMPACT/TNA because she did not know how she would be treated in WWE.

I really truly think it’s been about timing. There’s been a few times when my contract has been coming up and I’ve talked to WWE and I kept staying at TNA because it’s where I was comfortable and I didn’t know how WWE was gonna treat me. So, it’s just kind of crazy to me that it wasn’t the time then but it’s the time now and now I get the best of both worlds. Everything works out exactly the way it’s supposed to.

It was revealed by Tommy Dreamer on Busted Open that Grace is going to be defending her Knockouts Title at TNA Against All Odds on June 14th.
