A pair of segments have been confirmed for a go-home edition of WWE Smackdown.
Just one day before WWE presents Clash At The Castle in Scotland, the promotion will broadcast an episode of Smackdown from the OVO Hydro in Glasgow. As announced on this week’s show, a grudge match and a talk segment have been confirmed thus far.
Appearing for the first time since winning 2024 Queen of the Ring, Nia Jax will face Michin in a singles bout. Their matchup was made following a backstage brawl on this week’s episode of Smackdown, with Jax sending Michin over a table after getting a drink splashed in her face. The match will be a first-time singles meeting between the talents.
Also on Friday, a special episode of The Grayson Waller Effect will take place, with the tag duo of #DIY being the special guests. This segment will come just a week removed from Waller beating Johnny Gargano in a singles match, a victory that he earned in part due to his teammate Austin Theory taking a fall outside of the ring.
