SGW is getting a pro wrestling ring.
The ‘Soft Ground Wrestling’ promotion based in Uganda has gone viral on social media for their backyard wrestling. The likes of Mason Madden, Mansoor and Tate Mayfairs have traveled over to East Africa to compete for the start-up promotion.
AEW’s Will Ospreay stated that he wants to head over to the promotion as well.
SGW pushed out a video onto their social media pages from Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes. Rhodes relayed to them that someone in Uganda has been located who can build them a wrestling ring.
He added that they’ll get it gone and to send him the bill so he can cover the costs. Rhodes is going to be appearing on the 6/11 WWE NXT ahead of his I Quit match against A.J. Styles at Clash at the Castle.
