Charles Scaggs a.k.a. 2 Cold Scorpio is facing a series of felony charges after a stabbing incident earlier this month in Missouri.

TMZ reports that the former national wrestling star was involved in a stabbing at the Love’s Travel Stop gas station in Kansas City where he worked as a security guard.

According to the court documents obtained by the outlet, the unnamed victim entered the gas station and was informed he could not smoke inside the facility by Scaggs. The victim claims he thought he put the cigarette out before entering but acknowledged it might not have been fully unlit.

Scaggs stated the man became upset and responded, “F you the f*** you gonna do?” and it became physical outside of the gas station. Scaggs admitted to pulling out a knife and stabbing the man while citing self-defense with multiple stab wounds delivered to the man’s head, chest, buttocks, legs, and abdomen.

Authorities arrived at the scene and the victim was transported to hospital while going in and out of consciousness. The victim claims Scaggs was the aggressor of the altercation. After being taken into custody, Scaggs posted a bond.

Scaggs is facing two felony charges of first-degree assault and armed criminal action, which he is pleading not guilty to and will appear in court in July.

Scorpio began his career in 1985 and trained at the New Japan Dojo before embarking on a multi-decade career including stints in NJPW, WCW, WWF, ECW, AJPW, and Pro Wrestling NOAH.

Scaggs remained active on the independent scene including matches for Game Changer Wrestling this year and wrestled Joey Janela at the ‘How High’ event in Los Angeles in April.
