The Owen Hart Foundation Tournament will roll on when AEW returns with a special “Beach Break” episode of Dynamite next week.

The July 3 Dynamite, which has a beach theme in partnership with Discovery’s Shark Week TV campaign, is set to have three different matches as part of the current Owen Hart Foundation tournament in Chicago, Illinois.

An ongoing feud will get its next chapter on the women’s side of things when Willow Nightingale and Kris Statlander meet in a semi-final bout. The match will be the first in-ring meeting between the two since Statlander turned against Nightingale at Double or Nothing last month.

Nightingale advanced past the tournament’s quarter-final on last week’s episode of AEW Rampage, defeating Serena Deeb. Statlander overcame former AEW Women’s Champion Nyla Rose to secure her semi-final spot.

Two matches will also take place in the men’s bracket, although the exact pairings have yet to be confirmed.

Jeff Jarrett’s tournament run will kick off in a quarter-final match against an unnamed Wild Card Contender. Jarrett has received a lot of buzz heading into this tournament after an emotional promo aired detailing his relationship with the late Owen Hart, whom the tournament is named after.

The show will also feature a semi-final match from the bracket, with PAC facing the winner of an upcoming match between Bryan Danielson and Shingo Takagi. Danielson and NJPW’s Takagi are expected to meet this weekend at Forbidden Door to determine who will advance past the tournament’s opening round.

PAC picked up a win in the first round of the tournament on last week’s Dynamite, beating Claudio Castagnoli in 11 minutes.

Here’s a current look at AEW’s lineup for the 2024 edition of Beach Break:

  • Jeff Jarrett vs. Wild Card Contender (Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament Quarter-Final)
  • Willow Nightingale vs. Kris Statlander (Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament Semi-Final)
  • PAC vs. Winner of Bryan Danielson/Shingo Takagi (Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament Semi-Final)
