NXT performer Damon Kemp (Bobby Steveson) has stated he is no longer under a WWE contract.

Steveson, 25, is the older brother of Olympic gold medalist Gable Steveson and the brothers had sought careers in WWE.

Bobby Steveson signed with WWE in August 2021, reported to the Performance Center and had his first match by the end of that year.

In 2022, he was attached to the Diamond Mine group and was later part of the No Quarter Catch Crew, which he was part of until his departure.

He is the latest member of the group to depart the company after WWE didn’t renew Drew Gulak’s contract earlier this year.

In a follow-up, Steveson indicated he would be free to work elsewhere beginning August 12.

His last match occurred on the June 25 episode of NXT, losing to Tavion Heights.
