A Hurt Business versus Bloodline war is something Benjamin feels WWE missed on.

From 2020-2022, The Hurt Business (Bobby Lashley, MVP, Shelton Benjamin & Cedric Alexander) were highlighted on Monday Night Raw. Together, they reeled in the United States, Raw Tag Team and WWE Championships.

All four members have spoken candidly over the years about how fond they were of the group and the attempts to bring it back to television.

Shelton was the latest to chime in on the subject when he was interviewed by Metro. Benjamin added that he feels it was a major mishap for The Hurt Business to have not crossed paths with The Bloodline.

I love being a part of helping people succeed. But in the case of The Hurt Business, I felt like there was so much more for every individual in that to really elevate themselves within the company. And I think the fact that there was no Hurt Business versus Bloodline war is one of the biggest mishaps in pro wrestling.

In a series of replies on Instagram, MVP shared that Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque was not looking to reunite the Hurt Business. He replied, ‘You see it’ when an Instagram user wrote, ‘The Triple H era is emasculating black men.’
