WWE’s AJ Styles took on Naomichi Marufuji on Saturday at Pro Wrestling NOAH’s Destination 2024 event.

The two veterans wrestled a 25-minute match in the semi-main event of the pay-per-view at Budokan Hall, Tokyo.

Styles emerged wearing a mask, and it was the WWE visitor who would eventually win with the Styles Clash after a match that spilled into the ringside area.

The action included Styles delivering a Phenomenal Forearm from the barricade.

Marufuji retaliated shortly afterward, hitting a Shiranui onto the steel.

The main event of the show saw Kaito Kiyomiya retain his GHC Heavyweight Championship against challenger YOICHI.

Earlier during the event, the line-up for this year’s N-1 Victory Tournament was announced. NXT’s Josh Briggs and Tavion Heights will be joining the competition.

Akitoshi Saito announced his retirement after losing his ZERO1 Title defense against Go Shiozaki.

After Kiyomiya’s win, the N-1 competitors who were present at the show came out to the ring face him down.
