Legendary Japanese women’s wrestler Dump Matsumoto will see her career played out in an upcoming Netflix drama.

The streaming service announced Wednesday that “The Queen of Villains” will debut on September 19th, detailing the “untold story” of the iconic 80s wrestler in a five-part series.

“In the 1980s, Dump Matsumoto took on all of Japan as the most terrifying heel in women’s pro wrestling,” a post promoting the show read.

Netflix has announced that Japanese comedian Yuriyah Retriever will play Matsumoto on the show. Notable wrestler Lioness Asuka will be portrayed by Ayame Goriki, and in-ring rival Chigusa Nagayo is expected to be played by Erika Karata.

Saitama-born Matsumoto was the leader of All Japan Pro wrestling’s Atrocious Alliance faction, which featured the legendary Bull Nakano as well. The group received significant buzz in wrestling at the time, leading to singles and tag title reigns for Matsumoto along the way.

Matsumoto announced her retirement in 1988 but has remained close to the industry since and worked infrequently on shows in Japan over the past two decades.
