Fujimoto’s in-ring return date is set.
It was on June 23rd that an IWGP Women’s Championship match between Mayu Iwatani and Tsukasa Fujimoto was stopped at the 16-minute mark because of an injury to Fujimoto.
Fujimoto dislocated her right elbow and there was ligament damage done. She underwent successful surgery for the injury.
She appeared at the 7/20 Ice Ribbon show and revealed that she’ll be making her in-ring return at the promotion’s July 27th event in Yokohama, Japan.
Fujimoto is being advertised for Sareee’s Sareee-ISM show on July 29th. She’ll be teaming with Arisa Nakajima.
