NJPW G1 Climax Night 2 results: Zack Sabre Jr vs. Tetsuya Naito, Yota Tsuji vs. David Finlay

The second night of the 2024 G1 Climax took place on Sunday at the Edion Arena in Osaka.

There were nine matches on the card: five in the A Block and four in the B Block.

Yota Tsuji defeated David Finlay in the main event to score his first win of the tournament in a near 20-minute B Block match.

The semi-main event saw Zack Sabre Jr. hand IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Tetsuya Naito his second consecutive defeat in the A Block.

At this early stage, Sabre Jr. and EVIL jointly top the A Block with 4 points. HENARE and Yuya Uemura lead the B Block, also both with 4 points.

The tournament returns on Tuesday, July 23 in Hiroshima with six matches.
