Zayn versus Breakker II.
It was at the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event that Sami Zayn bested Bron Breakker to retain his Intercontinental Championship.
There was a number one contender’s match on the 7/22 WWE Raw between Breakker and Ilja Dragunov. The winner would earn a title shot against Zayn at SummerSlam.
The match was thrown out and ruled in Breakker’s favor. Dragunov jumped off the ring apron into Breakker’s direction but was speared in mid-air. Dragunov’s head hit the ring apron on the way down and he could not continue.
With Bron versus Sami II being made official, here’s the updated SummerSlam lineup:
