Rikishi calls out WWE’s booking of Jey Uso, addresses those who are ‘tired’ of The Bloodline

Rikishi speaks his mind.

On WWE Raw, Jey Uso has been going back-and-forth with The Judgment Day and in particular, Dominik Mysterio and that has led to interactions between Uso and Rhea Ripley. Their interactions carried over to social media.

The presentation of Jey is not sitting well with his father, Rikishi. On his Off the Top podcast, he called out WWE’s booking of Jey and brought up the dynamic with Ripley.

He then went on to address those who say they’re ‘tired’ of The Bloodline. He feels they’ve had WWE on their backs and then teased the arrival of a new group member. Fightful Select reported that Hikuleo officially joined the company.

I got hairs on the back of my neck every time I watch him (Jey Uso)… SummerSlam, where is he? Let’s write him into he likes Mami. Mami? That’s the best that those writers got? Let’s write this guy into a relationship with Mami? What y’all trying to do? Break his marriage up? Y’all can’t put him in a good storyline so what you gonna do now? God forbid you guys try to tell her tongue kiss each other on Raw. Sh*t. That better not happen. When it comes to The Bloodline, this is what gets me going. The Bloodline, when people talk about The Bloodline, ‘Oh, we tired of The Bloodline.’ You can be tired all you want for a few years, right? But we’ve been going through this sh*t for 75-plus years. You don’t think we tired? But we the type of people, we tired but we keep coming back. We keep finding solutions, not excuses. Solutions and the solutions needs to be the best you can be in that squared circle. Otherwise, if we not over in the squared circle, move us out.

100 percent (I’m telling others to step up). 100 percent. If you can put asses in seats, if you can knock those merchandise sales out, if you can bring up WWE’s revenue, TKO’s revenue. If The Bloodline is not that anymore, I get it. I get it y’all. Go ahead and just knock it then. But you cannot, you cannot knock The Bloodline that’s been holding professional wrestling company as WWE on their backs for the last four to five, six years now and sh*t, they still holding it without the main guy there. Who’s the main guy? Roman motherf*cking Reigns. Come on. Y’all can write that. Write that sh*t because when he does come back, oh, you better have enough armored trucks to fill up that bank account for WWE, TKO. Have enough because this man here is just gonna sell out everywhere. Everywhere and anywhere throughout the world that WWE puts him through. That’s not to mention The Usos when they come back. That’s not to mention maybe another Bloodline member possibly, possibly, may be able to drive up in a Black Lincoln. I’ll leave it at that dammit.

Jey was in the main event of the 7/22 Raw. He teamed with Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn and they defeated World Tag Team Champions Finn Bálor and J.D. McDonagh.
