Nic Nemth’s first appearance since capturing the TNA World Championship is set for this week’s episode of iMPACT.
TNA is promoting that Nemeth will kick off Thursday’s episode of the weekly show, which was taped Sunday in Montreal, Quebec.
Just one day before then, Nemeth prevailed in a six-way elimination match to dethrone two-time champ Moose and become the newest TNA titleholder at Slammiversary.
The victory continued a big year for Nemeth, who has wrestled a dozen times for TNA and made appearances around the independent scene since the end of his lengthy multi-decade WWE run.
Along with his recent TNA title, Nemeth also currently carries three other belts around the wrestling world. This includes the AAA Mega Championship, which he earned in April with a victory over Alberto El Patron and has since defended once.
TNA’s first episode back following Slammiversary includes many of the promotion’s top names, including their men’s and women’s champs. Here’s the lineup as it stands currently:
