The injury bug has hit Marigold’s Sareee.
The Marigold World Champion has suffered a fractured wrist, as first reported by Tokyo Sports and later confirmed by the Marigold English account.
As reported by Tokyo Sports, last night Sareee fractured her wrist. It's a "distal left radius fracture." However, she does not need surgery, and her next scheduled Marigold appearance is not until August 19, where she says she intends to wrestle. Stay tuned for any updates. https://t.co/yPPBZXvyaM

The injury emerged in the early minutes of a tag match at Marigold’s card on Tuesday. Sareee tagged in the co-main event with WWE-bound Giulia to overcome Kizuna Tanaka and Victoria Yuzuki in 18 minutes.
Sareee is expected to miss the next four Marigold shows due to injury, with her return being set for the promotion’s August 19 card at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo.
The past month has been big for the Tokyo-based wrestler, remaining active in Marigold and also hosting her own self-produced show earlier in the week. She most notably became the first-ever Marigold World Champion a few weeks back, going 25 minutes against Giulia to capture the belt.
