Official start date for Joe Tessitore.
In early July, WWE confirmed that ESPN’s Joe Tessitore would be joining the company’s broadcast team. It was noted in their press release that he’d be working alongside Corey Graves and Wade Barrett.
As the SummeSlam Kickoff show was ongoing, Tessitore appeared alongside Michael Cole. It was revealed that he’ll begin his commentary duties with WWE on September 2nd when Monday Night Raw is live from Denver, Colorado.
As for Cole, he’ll be moving back to Friday Night SmackDown.
Cole’s broadcast partner on Raw, Pat McAfee, will be returning to ESPN’s College Gameday when the college football season starts in late August.
