NOAH announces Yoshinari Ogawa is retiring from in-ring action due to neck injury

Ogawa is retiring from in-ring action.

Via X, Pro Wrestling NOAH rolled out the news that Yoshinari Ogawa is retiring from in-ring competition, effective immediately. 

Ogawa is stepping away due to a neck injury. He requested that there be no press conference nor retirement match.

Ogawa is a former holder of the GHC Heavyweight, Junior Heavyweight Tag Team, GHC Tag Team and Junior Heavyweight Championships.

He spent time in All Japan and won multiple titles in the company. Ogawa started his career in 1985 and tallied up nearly 40 years as a wrestler. He is 57 years of age and his last match was on August 4th.
