Penta comments on his status with AEW.
There were two tweets sent out from Penta El Zero Miedo on 8/13 and he noted in both tweets that his present is All Elite Wrestling. In his respective posts, he wrote, ‘Please stop posting fake news’ and ‘no more gossip.’
Earlier this month, it was first reported by WrestlePurists that Penta and Rey Fénix are expected to depart AEW when their contracts expire. There has since been additional reporting on the matter via Fightful Select and F4WOnline.
Fénix had an independent date scheduled for September 27th, but pulled out due to ‘personal circumstances.’
The Lucha Brothers have been a part of AEW since 2019 and made their debut at the inaugural Double or Nothing event.
