Itoh notes that the injury will not break her mentality.

Maki Itoh returned to Japan and did a string of dates for TJPW, DDT Pro and Game Changer Wrestling. GCW tweeted out that Itoh would not be able to compete at their Shinjuku FACE event. She was scheduled to challenge Mance Warner for the promotion’s World Championship.

Itoh would tweet out that due a broken bone, the title match had to be changed. In subsequent posts, she wrote that a ‘broken bone’ will not break her mentality and shared a picture of herself with her arm/wrist wrapped.

I apologize for causing trouble to various people, but don’t worry, I’m not depressed by the injury or anything! A broken bone won’t break maki itoh’s mentality. 🎀

Three happy days of meeting so many people, and now I’m dying of a broken arm and a cold of some sort! Life is fun!
