Opera Cup update.
Due to Davey Boy Smith Jr. suffering an injury, he is unable to compete in Major League Wrestling’s Opera Cup tournament.
The tourney is resuming at the organization’s Summer of the Beasts special on August 29th. Filling in for Smith Jr. in the tournament will be TJP as he’ll be facing Tom Lawlor.
The winner of TJP versus Lawlor will take on the victor of the KENTA versus AKIRA quarterfinal Opera Cup bout. The semifinals are going to take place at MLW Fightland on 9/14 in Atlanta, Georgia.
