Michin will get a chance to earn her first-ever WWE title next week on Smackdown.
She’s booked to face WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax in a special street fight bout next week as part of an August 30 card from the Uber Arena in Berlin, Germany. The match will take place just two days before WWE presents their Bash In Berlin Premium Live Event in the same venue.
Michin was given a shot against Jax after attacking her on last week’s episode of Smackdown, crashing the newly-crowned champ’s title celebration with a kendo stick attack.
Michin has been a rival of Jax and her sidekick Tiffany Stratton for some time, having clashed in numerous segments over the past few months. Now, as part of that rivaly, she’ll have a chance to challenge for a main roster WWE title for the second time this year.
It was also announced on Friday that WWE United States Champion LA Knight will do an Open Challenge next week. The champ, who defended his title for the first time this week against Santos Escobar, didn’t specify whether his title bout will take place on Smackdown or as part of the Bash In Berlin card.
